By purchasing or using the AI Quota Tracker browser extension (the "Extension"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Extension.
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. Usage figures, reset times, and notifications are read from third-party services that may change their pages or endpoints at any time, so the numbers shown are estimates for convenience and may not always be exact. Do not rely on them where errors could cause harm or loss.
The Extension is a paid product. All purchases, license keys, license activation, device limits, billing, and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record and license provider, and are governed by the terms and refund policy presented at checkout. Fully Torqued Applications does not directly process payments or store your payment details.
Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension on the number of devices permitted by your license. Activating on a new device counts one seat against that limit.
The Extension's design, text, and code are owned by Fully Torqued Applications unless otherwise noted. Third-party names and trademarks (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) belong to their respective owners; the Extension is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fully Torqued Applications is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
